Improving Communication

Each of the MARPA members works individually and collectively to foster and improve communication among its member communities.

Conferences: MARPA is a sponsor of events that include:

• Massachusetts Smart Growth Conferences
• Regionalization and Municipal Partnerships
• MARPA 2015 Municipal Partnerships Conference
• Citizen Planner Training Collaborative (CPTC)
• Webinars
• Transportation Program Managers Group (TPMG): meets on a multi-month schedule each year to receive updates from USDOT and MassDOT officials on key transportation policy and funding programs.
